Method

  1. Crumble the cookies, melt the butter and mix them together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a six people cake pan to make the cheesecake base.
  3. Let it rest in the freezer.
  4. In a bowl mix very well the Cheesecake Cream and then pour the cream on top of the biscuit base.
  5. Spread the top with wild berries jam and let the cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Enjoy.
